This has been a busy week for me, and I’m celebrating it all. I’m celebrating working on my NaNoWriMo novel (word count to be updated again tonight), my daughter and her close friend Samantha visiting me Friday morning into Saturday afternoon. They helped me run some errands, took me to eat pizza and did my laundry for me. I heart them so much. πŸ™‚

Dragon of the Stars Cover Reveal – New book by Ninja Captain Alex J. Cavanaugh

I am celebrating the fact that one of my mentors and inspirations, the amazing writer and author Ninja Captain Alex J. Cavanaugh just had the cover release of his upcoming novel Dragon of the Stars, which is officially due to be released on April 7, 2015. Isn’t it an amazing cover?

This awesome man is also the founder of the Insecure Writers Support Group and actively participates and co-hosts many other blog hops and challenges. If you aren’t currently following him, you should. It’s almost impossible to feel bad about myself with him in my corner! Click on either his name or image to check out his site and the Insecure Writers link to check out the IWSG website. I’m confident you’ll be glad you did.

I’m celebrating the fact that I’ve been feeling better than I’ve felt over the past couple of weeks and that I’m STILL HERE!! πŸ™‚

That’s pretty much it for this week everyone. I just want to remind you all that while I’m participating in NaNo, I will continue my fundraising efforts until the end of the month. If you’re interested in donating, please click here or on the image on the upper right hand corner of my blog. All donations go directly to NaNo. hanks for keeping me motivated~

What have you celebrated this week?

About My Miracle Life

I'm a writer, blogger, avid reader, book reviewer, sub-arachnoid hemorrhage and stroke survivor, moving forward in my recovery and trying to advocate for stroke and brain hemorrhage awareness and prevention. I'm also slowly working towards independence, driving, my first novel, a memoir and a series of short stories. I've been lucky to have a very small network of close friends to guide me; I've been even luckier to have found an online 'family' of sorts to help me through the rough times.

    • Thanks Stephanie! I appreciate the kind comments. Alex offers so much, I’d understand if he didn’t write more novels. My understanding is that his original intention was to only write one.

No matter what his writing plans are, I know he will remain to help us all!! Thanks for the visit! Hugs, Eva

    • Thanks BFF. I know you’ve been busy. I’m thrilled that you stopped by. A lot has been going on, and I know it has for you too. I’m so proud of you. You are far beyond where you were when I first ‘met’ you two years ago. Keep doing what you’re doing. Love you girl! Eva
